Diego Fernández

Attorney Diego J. Fernández earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, in May 2020. He continued his academic journey at New England Law, Boston, where he received his Juris Doctor in May 2023.

In 2025, Attorney Fernández joined the Enid Rivera Immigration Law Firm. Upholding our firm's mission, he is dedicated to providing honest and client-centered legal services, with a focus on representing immigrants in removal proceedings. Since April 2025, his primary area of practice has been asylum cases, where he brings a deep commitment to advocating for individuals seeking protection and relief under U.S. immigration law. Attorney Fernández approaches each case with professionalism, compassion, and a strong sense of justice, ensuring that every client receives thorough representation throughout the legal process.
