Associate Immigration Attorney (In-Person | Manassas and Woodbridge, Virginia)

Enid Rivera Immigration Law Firm, PLLC is hiring an Attorney to join an expanding immigration practice based in Manassas, Virginia, with an additional office in Woodbridge, Virginia. 
This role is a strong fit for a Spanish-fluent attorney who is highly organized, has immigration experience, and is ready to take ownership of a mixed caseload across USCIS matters and removal defense. 
You will work closely with a best-in-class team that values excellent client service, disciplined case management, and strong filing quality.We are a technology enabled immigration firm and need attorneys that embrace the use of technology and want to build the law firm of the future.
We are building infrastructure and scaling. For the right candidate, this role offers meaningful responsibility early, clear performance expectations, and the opportunity to grow with the practice. Spanish fluency is required.

Required Qualifications

    J.D. and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

    Fluent in Spanish 

    Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through

    Excellent attention to detail

    Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment

    Willingness to contribute to process improvement and standardized workflows

    Ability to work in person in Manassas and/or Woodbridge, Virginia

    Immigration experience strongly preferred: 1+ year (representing immigrants in removal proceedings and before USCIS)

    Ability to assess and recognize possible avenues for relief during the client intake process

Work Environment and Responsibilities

    In-person position based in Manassas and Woodbridge, VA

    Fast-paced practice with a strong emphasis on team work, client service, documentation quality, deadlines, and client communication 

    Work closely with paralegals to prepare and manage immigration cases from start to finish.

    Responsibilities include collaborating on the drafting of legal briefs, preparing written statements and declarations, organizing and reviewing supporting documentation, and assembling evidence for submission to immigration courts and government agencies. The attorney will provide legal analysis and strategy while guiding paralegals in the preparation of filings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedural requirements.

    Starting at $75,000 base salary
